Schedule a Roland or Mimaki printer service repair with one of our factory-certified printer service technicians.

This is a non-refundable fee for the first hour to come to your location, inspect your printer or equipment, and give you a diagnosis and repair or replacement plan by one of our Vibrant Print Solutions factory-certified printer technicians.

 

What our technicians do:

 

• Inspect and troubleshoot your Roland or Mimaki printer to identify mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues.
• Perform on-site or in-shop repairs and preventative maintenance on your Roland or Mimaki printer.
• Replace or repair defective components such as printheads, captops, dampers, rollers, sensors, power supplies, and circuit boards.
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used, time spent, and details of repairs performed on your Epson, Roland, Mimaki and EFI printer.
• Calibrate your Roland or Mimaki printer to manufacturer specifications for color, alignment, and print quality.
• Provide technical support and training to clients regarding proper usage and basic troubleshooting on your Epson, Roland, Mimaki and EFI printer.
• Stay updated on industry developments, Roland or Mimaki printer updates, and new technologies in the printing field.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards for your Roland or Mimaki printer.
• Give you a written estimate for all repairs with parts, shipping and labor.
